Public or Private? A Frank Discussion about Disclosure of Environmental Test Results

Environmental testing is done in the ordinary course of business every day, from due diligence for property sales to environmental auditing.  However, the results of that testing are frequently kept from the view of regulators or the public.  This session features a lively debate between two advocates who argue that environmental test results should be provided to regulators and two advocates who favor keeping such data confidential.  The discussion continues the national debate on the issue, which has an impact on many environmental decisions as well as the All Appropriate Inquiry Rule.
