Re-Powering Re-visited: An Update on Efforts to Site Renewable Energy on Contaminated Land

The EPA hosts this roundtable session to provide stakeholders working on renewable energy with an update on what’s happened over the last several years both in the field and at the EPA.  It will also provide an opportunity to learn from one another, by sharing successes and challenges in siting renewable energy on contaminated land.  The EPA will provide a brief update, while developers, utilities, local governments, tribes, states, federal agencies, property owners, and financiers will describe recent triumphs and remaining roadblocks to siting renewable energy on contaminated land.
